Ruling - The Contract was rescinded on grounds of innocent misrepresentation. It was held that relying on the representation. It was held that relying on the representation was enough and there was no duty to inspect the papers
Point of Law - If the misrepresentation is not discovered because the opportunity to check it is declined, then the statement is still being relied upon
