• 1534: 1st Succession Act makes Mary illegitimate, Elizabeth heir

  Anne Boleyn Executed

  Henry marries Jane Seymour

  2nd Succession Act: 1534 Act repealed, Elizabeth illegitimised, Henry to determine an heir in absence of heir apparent.
• 1537 - Prince Edward Born, becomes heir apparent
• 1544: 3rd Succession Act: Mary and Elizabeth legitimised, to be heirs after Edward. Confirmed in Henry's will in 1546.
