  1. Knock the door

  2. Introduce yourself

  3. Confirm the name of the guest and the food/beverage ordered

  4. Ask the guest where they want the set-up

  5. Inform the guest the set-up is ready

  6. Offer fruits

  7. Serve coffee or tea

  8. Offer amenities

  9. Present the bill

  10. Ask the time for cleaning the soiled dishes

  11. Return on the expected time

  12. Clear the table, segregate, stock, and clean

  13. Thank and bid goodbye
