  1. Run Audacity

  2. Open Activity_3-16a.wav

  3. Play file

  4. Use File > Import > Audio… to add Activity_3.16b.wav

  5. Use File > Save Project As… to save as Audacity file

  6. Adjust background music volume when speaker is talking

  7. Fade out background music after speech ends
