• • Every moment of human life is considered equal in value to many years of life (e.g. 1h = 70yrs)
• • Medicine that relieves pain can be administered even if it brings death quicker
• • Jews can pray to God to end a person suffering but actions to shorten or end someone’s life is wrong
• • Doctors should not make a person suffer more by artificially extending their life
• • Some = Life support machine can be turned off if the patient has no chance of recovery
• •  If the intention is to reduce pain, it is accepted. ​
