1. Jesus said to his disciples "Let us go over to the other side"
2. They took him in the boat
3. A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat
4. Jesus was sleeping in the stern
5. The disciples woke him and said "Teacher, don't you care if we drown?"
6. Jesus rebuked the wind and said to the waves "Quiet! Be still!"
7. The wind died down and it was completely calm
8. Jesus said to his disciples "Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?"
9. The disciples were terrified and asked "Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!"
