    vital signs to determine if can take, determine level of consciousness, last bowel movement, increase fluids/ fiber, risk for falls because of hypotension. Look for Respiratory depression , anything lower than 10 breaths per minute, need to further assess

    safety, coughing/ deep breathing exercises
  • Opioid Antagonist/ Antidote : naloxone (narcan)
