  • consistency
    consistent minority is more likely to be listened to and more likely to convince the majority that they hold correct beliefs and right ideals.
  • Flexibility
    Minorities must be willing to negotiate their position with the majority. If too consistent they may be perceived as rigid.
  • Commitment
    Minority deeply believe in own views. However, may be persuaded by minority to take them more seriously as seen as committed to beliefs/ideas.
