Ascension

• Jesus came to His disciples and said “all authority in Heaven and on earth had been given to me”
• “Go and make disciples of all nations , baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy spirit”
• When He led them to the vicinity of Bethany he lifted his hands up and blessed them - while blessing them he was taken up to Heaven
• They worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy
