• Soul - humans are eternal beings
• Image of God - imago Dei
• Moral - we have the inner voice of God - our conscience guides hs
• Free will - we freely choose to listen to God
• Rational - humans are intellectual , we can work things out ourselves
• Creative - humans are sexual beings , also have the ability to appreciate poetry, literature and art
• Fallen - created perfect but fall from perfection through sin
• Original sin - first sin committed
