  • Leadership: try and influence people and achieve success as a leader. They must have certain characteristics and the abilities to communicate and motivate.

  • Delegation: involves the assignment of authority to another person, generally from a manager to a subordinate, to undertake a specific work task.

  • Communication: process whereby people exchange information. It's purpose is to aid the understanding of situations, data, people and problems. It's important to receive feedback so the message has been understood and acted on.
