STAGES OF COURTSHIP

• Dating - A process which offers the opportunity for an individual to know more about another.
• Selective Stage - After dating, a person decides whether to continue 'seeing' a certain individual.
• Going "Steady" - this is the stage where a sort of romantic relationship is made official. This marked by the presence of mutual understanding between two person.
• Engagement Period - this is the part where the couple is formally (and usually publicly) known as "engaged".
