  • Preparation of the Patient

    1. Apply antiembolitic stocking
    2. Position patient in supine with affected leg close to table edge
    3. Apply Webril and tourniquet

    2. Make incision over anterolateral aspect

    6. Attach inflow and outflow irrigation
    7. Use fluid management system
    8. Thoroughly examine knee joint
    9. Employ additional ports as needed
    10. Perform therapeutic procedures
    11. Irrigate using ringer's lactate and aspirate wound
    12. Withdraw arthroscope
    13. Close incisions
    14. Apply soft bandage and pressure stocking
