• 3 Types of Motivation

  1. Vicarious reinforcement – RM is positively reinforced for a behaviour so you want to do the same behaviour to get the same reinforcement​
  2. Internal – you feel good about doing the behaviour so you repeat to get the same good feeling​
  3. External – positive reinforcement
