Autocratic or Authoritarian - leaders do not consult their subordinates. They decide on their own.
Participative or Democratic - The leader advances the welfare of the members and promotes fairness; "shared" or "group centered leadership".
Laissez-faire or free-reign - provide their team members freedom to do their work and set deadlines. Members are given autonomy to decide on policies and procedures.
