The theme of personal decisions and a risk that comes with it is explored in the road not taken. the poem acknowledged the possibility of regret in making decision it also conveyed a sense of hope in the notion that each choice opens up new possibilities. The line “ I took the one less travelled by and that has made all the difference“. I think this conveys that being unique and not reflecting the majority leads to opportunities and that we shouldn’t be frightened to be different and that Being distinctive does not always result in failure.
