  • This poem offers the readers hope as William conveys that he found serenity enjoying nature. The poem begins with the line “I wandered lonely as a cloud”. The serene he found in nature is shown in the last line. “ In a vacant or in a pensive mood, they flash upon my inward eye which is the bliss of solitude.”This quote depicts how daffodils bring blissful solitude. Finally offers a sense of hope to a reader going through a hard time for example grieving a loss that they‘ll soon find peace in the mist of their loneliness..

  • The image I found appealing was the image of daffodils fluttering and dancing in the breeze. In my opinion I think this image is captivating as a picture is the daffodils as euphonious. The daffodils are also portrayed using human qualities which is personification. This image is also effective as it gets the reader to envision the daffodils, Rhythmically moving as a result of the breeze.
  • Flowers and plants are often conveyed as stagnant so I think it is interesting the way the perception of this changed. The image reminded me of the sea an endless expanse of sapphire blue rhythmicamy dancing as well provoked cheerfulness .
