Worship is important as it brings a community together and helps them to understand their faith
Men and women worship separately in an Orthodox synagogue. Men cover their heads with a kippah and women cover their heads with a scarf, which shows respect for God
Orthodox men also wear a tallit and a tefillin. The tallit reminds Jews that they are obeying God's word whenever they wear it. The tefillin makes them concentrate on God when they are praying
Jews pray three times a day at home
For orthodox Jews, the rabbi must be a man but for reform Jews, the rabbi can be both genders
Worship in the home on Shabbat involves food and drink whereas worship at the synagogue is more focused on the Torah and prayer
Some Jews may think that God is everywhere so therefore worship should be fine anywhere
