  • Wudu is the washing of the hands, face, and feet before prayer. It is a practice done before prayer. washing specific parts of the body: hands, mouth, nose, face, arms, head, and feet in a particular order. an outward sign of their inner cleanliness need to face God
  • praying in a mosque - praying with others to build the ummah (community of Muslims). men and women are separated during praying either in a different room or in the back behind the men
