• mitosis stages:

  1. chromosomes line up
  2. cell fibres pull them apart
  3. two arms of each chromosomes go to opposite ends
  4. membranes form around each of the set of chromosomes and became the nuclei of two new cells
  5. the nucleus have been divided
  6. cytoplasm and cell membrane divide
  7. two identical daughter cells have been produced
