  • Total free area of openings equal to at least 10% of the floor area of the room

  2. Riser - maximum height of 0.25 meter

  5. Landings - maximum height between landing shall be 3.60 meters

  6. Handrails - at least one handrail on one side provided there is a guard or wall on the other side
