  • Mahatma Gandhi (Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi) is one of the most well-known political and social figures in India and all over the world. He is an Indian patriot leader and was born on October 2, 1869 in Porbandar, Kathiawar, India, which was then a colony of the British empire.
