4th Duma

• Kokovtsov replace Stolypin as Prime Minister causing the influence of the Duma to decline – it was ignored by Kokovstov. It voted for war credits in 1914 but was suspended in 1915 after demanding more power
• The right and left-wing deputies could no cooperate and the Duma was very divided – workers were focused on strikes in the years before WWI.
