When you increase the temperature, you lose energy when making products so endothermic reaction is favoured to gain energy to cool down
When you increase pressure, it will squash the particles close together, therefore the side with the least amount of moles is favoured.
When you increase concentration, it will increase the amount of particles to react with, therefore favouring the opposite side to use the excess particles.
