Mintonette - was the original name of volleyball

Six Pack - occurs when a defensive player gets hit in the head or face by a spiked ball. Also called a facial
Pancake - is done by taking a hand and putting on the ground so the ball lands on top of it
Substitution Zone - This zone is limited by the extension of both attack lines up to the scorer’s table
