  • Pretty - Prefrontal cortex
  • Ladies - Left Angular Gyrus
  • Can't - Corpus Callosum
  • Leave home - Left hemisphere only (amygdala, thalamus, hippocampus)
• Findings 2

  Found increased activity in the brain of NGRI patients in areas not previously linked to violence:

  • Causing - Cerebelleum
  • Real heartbreak - Right Hemisphere only (amygdala, thalamus, hippocampus)
• Findings 3

  Found no difference between NGRI + control groups in areas not previously linked to violence:

  • Can - Caudate
  • People - Putamen
  • Give Pugs - Globus Pallidus
  • Money - Midbrain

  Both groups performed similarly on CPT - any observed brain differences were not related to the task performance
