Anti-Semitism is the hatred of Jewish people and their religion. Hitler's hatred of Jews was prevalent in his book Mein Kampf.
The Nuremberg Laws, passed in 1935, stripped the Jews of their rights, such as voting, being a citizen, holding certain jobs and owning property. Jews were made to wear the Star of David on their clothing to distinguish them.
