  • They are the expert in this matter because it is part of their job. They can also facilitate the realization of advantages or disadvantages of a particular career pathway by using career talks, counseling session, career assessments or simulations.

  • One of the foundations for career decision-making. This helps you to focus on opportunities compatible with your goals. Likewise, it is also enabling adolescents to showcase and present themselves with more fidelity.
