there are several diff kinds you need to eat eg: calcium and iron.
Calciumβ¨
bones and teeth contain calcium so you need to eat plenty to make them strong.

needed to make haemoglobin, so if you don't have enough not enough oxygen is transported and an illness called anemia can be caused (making a person feel very tired)
found in meat (especially red meat), dark green veggies, many kinds of fish and some nuts & seeds.
Water
needed for diff purposes in the body.
cells and blood contain a lot and almost 60% of a persons body weight is water.
water in cells allows all the diff chemicals inside them to dissolve, so they can react together.
these reactions keep us alive and water in blood allows it to flow easily, transporting substances all over the body.
