    the bigger the area on the triangle the greater proportion of your diet that kind of food should make up
    A) Not too many sweets or fried foods.
    B) Quite a ot of meat, fish, eggs, pulses or dairy product
    C) Lots of fresh fruit and veggies for minerals, vitamins
    D) Plenty of rice, bread, pasta for starch fibre

    • too much sugar can make your teeth decay and increases the risk of developing an illness called diabetes.
    • too much fat, oil or carbohydrate can make you put on weight which can strain your joints, heart and other body organs.
    • eating too many fats that come from animals can increases the risk of developing heart disease.
