• Rights of an Employee:

  • To be paid at least the minimum wage, €12.70 per hour
  • To work in healthy and safe work conditions, to prevent injuries
  • To receive a written contract of employment stating all agreed terms and conditions of employment, their working week, breaks, holidays
• Responsibilities of an Employee:

  • To pay the required taxes and deductions from their wages
  • To not engage or partake in any misconduct against employees
  • To respect the property of the employer and other employees
  • To follow all health and safety procedures
