  • Director
    Responsible for the overall vision, interpretation, and execution of the play
  • Actor
    Communicates the emotions and what is happening in a particular scene through his words and/or actions
  • Choreographer
    In charge of the dance and other lyrical movements of a play
  • Stage manager
    Keeps track of the scheduling and the decisions of the director and communicates these to the rest of the production
  • Light designer
    Person in charge of deciding the types of light appropriate for a scene to evoke the proper mood, indicate time of day, reinforce the scene, etc.
  • Set designer
    In charge with the production of the props which includes all the space used for the theater production
  • Costume designer
    In charge of all the attires and clothes worn by the characters in a performance
  • A director
    Listens to ideas and suggestions from the designers and actors, and be humble enough to accept changes as long as it will be for the betterment of the performance
  • Actor
    • Most important visual components of theater
    • Acting skills can greatly enhance the emotional impact of the play to the viewers
    • Should have an audible voice, understand human behavior, and be physically fit
  • Many actors try developing other skills like singing, dancing, acrobatics and etc
  • Choreographer
    • Has to make sure that the style of the dance is aligned with the director's artistic vision
    • Has to collaborate with the musical director, set designer, and costume designer
  • Choreographer
    In charge of the rehearsals that deals with the dances
  • Stage manager
    • Works closely with the director and provides support to the other people in the production
    • Keeps track of the scheduling and the decisions of the designers of the director
  • Light designer
    Person in charge of deciding the types of light appropriate for the scene

    Collaborates with the director to make sure it follows his vision for the play
  • The producer's role is to oversee all aspects of the production, including casting, rehearsals, publicity, ticket sales, and financial management.
