Autocratic leadership- •used when leaders tell their employees what they want done and how they want it accomplished, without getting the advice of their followers
•There is little or no consultation on decisions in a manager who uses an autocratic leadership style
•Staff are told what to do
This style is more appropriate where there is a need for quick decision-making, such as during a crisis
It may also be more suitable in a small business where the owner is the primary decision-maker and has complete control over the business
