Autocratic leadership

• Autocratic leadership- •used when leaders tell their employees what they want done and how they want it accomplished, without getting the advice of their followers
• •There is little or no consultation on decisions in a manager who uses an autocratic leadership style

  •Staff are told what to do
• • This style is more appropriate where there is a need for quick decision-making, such as during a crisis
  • It may also be more suitable in a small business where the owner is the primary decision-maker and has complete control over the business
