  What if victim feels worse after the programme?

  Mental health is a big concern,the victim may feel like the offender didnt care about the harm they caused

  Victim may feel used if the criminal gets restorative justice rather than going to jail,especially if offender doesnt take it seriously
• From the offenders perspective

  Making people take responsibility for something they did wrong can lead to power being misused.

  Victims may team up against offender,or embarrass the offender.

  Both sides are suppose to gain something,offender should be listened too
