    It's an important component of blood, digestive juices, urine and perspiration. It transports nutrients in blood, remove waste products that are then passed into the urine and faeces, regulates body temperature, aids digestion, prevents constipation and acts as a lubricant. 70% of human body is made up of water. Some nutrients need water to be absorbed.
