Fusion of powers

• fusion of powers is where the government is made up of individuals who are members of HOL or HOC
• separation of powers- is the powers of different branches of the government are clearly defined and seperated
• law lords used to be the highest court in the UK Now the Supreme Courtt is as it is in a different building showing that there isa greater separation of powers in relation too the judiciary
