• Explain the right individuals have to equal and fair treatment.

  This means : Being given and having access to the same opportunities and choices but meets individuals needs

  This is important because -

  • gives the same opportunities and choices
  • treated for individual needs
  • ensures people are treated fairly and with respect
  • ensures people are not discriminated against
