Reformation

• Idea started earlier by Martin Luther king(a German monk) he started a religious movement called the reformation which led to the birth of the Protestant faith. he was a catholic monk who didn't believe you could buy ur way to heaven
• 1522 Henry wrote a book called in defence of the 7 sacraments expressing support for Roman Catholicism so pope awarded him title “defender of the faith”
