Replacing HRA with British Bill of rights

• Right wing believe that the HRA extends the scope of the EHCR nd believes that foreign courts have too much power over the decisions of elected politicians
• Right wing believe that a bill of rights can reduce the role that teh EHCR and the courts play in domestic decision making
• left wing/ liberalists belive that anything that replaces the HRA should be entrenched
• Left wing believe that the HRA doesnt go far enough in defending rights of citezens
