• Potential Energy is stored energy

• Kinetic energy is energy in motion
• Kinetic Energy

  If velocity or speed is 0, then kinetic energy is 0.
• Law of Conservation of Energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transferred from one form to another
• Internal energy (U) efers to the sum of kinetic and potential energy
• Potential energy and kinetic energy have an inverse relationship in internal energy
