  • Malnutrition can lead to not having enough energy or disease
  • As a result people are less productive or not able to work
  • Therefore lack of money for people, this means less taxes collected
  • As a result low economic development

  • Health is affected by how much someone eats and the food's nutritional value
  • If people don't eat enough calories they are malnourished
  • If people lack minerals and nutrients they suffer from undernutrition
  • However, obesity is an increasing problem
• Significance of water on economic and social wellbeing:
