  • Adding more bulbs keeps them bright as it is easier for the current to flow with more branches
  • Current splits up when it comes to a branch
  • Current in all branches adds up to the current in the main part of a circuit
• Series circuit

  • If one bulb breaks, all the others go off
  • The current is the same everywhere
  • Adding more bulbs makes them dimmer as it is harder for electricity to get through
  • Resistance of the circuit is higher with more bulbs
