Buddhism - is built upon the grand project of alleviating the entire human race from the clout of suffering.
The four noble truth:
Dukkha
Samudaya
Nirodha
Magga
Dukkha - life is about suffering
Samudaya - the cause of human suffering
Desire - the origin of human suffering
Tanha - buddhis concept referring to desire or craving.
Chanda - the desire for noble things such as wisdom, knowledge, or making others happy.
Three negative qualities are borne of Tanha:
Greed
Ignorance
Hatred
Nirodha - the cessation or ending of suffering.
The division of the eight-fold path:
Wisdom
Morality
Concetration
Magga - the path to the cessation of suffering
Nirvana - the extinguishment of desire (negative)
Nirvana - it is a state of being freed from the clout of negative disires.
Samma-ditthi - right understanding is the first path to nirvana
First two of the noble truths of Buddhism, that is, life is suffering, and it is caused by desire.
Samma-sankappa (second path) - the realm of right intention includes a positive outlook in life.
Samma-vaca - right speech. in it, Buddha tells adherents to speak only the truth. One has to make sure what he utters does not malign others.
Samma- samadhi (right concentration being the 8th) - it is in this state of being alone with oneself that adherents find the moment to deepen his understanding of life as taught by Buddha.
