    • York + Warwick convicted + pardoned - promised to behave
    • York lords - began new rebellion - aim to control gov + gain support for new manifestos
    • York tried to gain support in Wales + Salisbury up north
    • Warwick turned to Calais - hoped men would fight for Yorkist cause
    • Agreed to meet at Kenilworth - didn't want to fight BUT thought military force may coerce H6 to give support + authority
    • 20 sept 1459 - EOW marched force through London
    • 21 sept - arrived in WM - include members of royal garrison
