  • One method that the fashion industry has used to try to solve some of these issues. It is an agreement with rules and regulations within and between organisations and people show what kind of behaviour is expected.

  • They have to drop out of school - This can be stopped if they split their working hours with their school work.
  • They may get tired easier - Have breaks
  • They aren't as trained as adults - Train them before employing them
