      right to reject goods within 30 days, 14 days for a refund, traders must bare any costs, no inconvenience to C
    • Sale of goods - S.23
      right to repair or replace, trader bares any cost, trader can only have one attempt at this
    • Sale of goods - S.24
      right to price reduction/full refund. If s.23 is unsuccessful then consumer has the right for a price reduction which can potentially amount to a full refund
    • Supply of goods - S.55
      right to repeat performance. trader must bare any costs
    • Supply of goods - S.56
      right for a price reduction/full refund. if S.55 is unsuccessful claimant can ask for a price reduction or even a full refund
