investigating density - liquid ver

• What would you do first when investigating the density of a liquid?

  You would place a MEASURING CYLINDER on a balance. You would zero the balance.
• Where would you pour the liquid & what would you record?

  you would pour 10ml of the liquid into the MEASURING CYLINDER and record the liquid's mass.
• How many times would you repeat pouring 10ml of the liquid into the measuring cylinder?

  until the cylinder is full.
• What would you record each time when pouring 10ml of the liquid?

  Volume & mass
• What would you do at the end of the practical?

  take an average of your calculated densities.
