  • Dale end is an example of poor urban regeneration as it has not attracted investment, there are no new shops or businesses, the buildings are run down and derelict.
  • The data shows that the majority of people perceive regeneration to be very effective in both the Bullring and the Library and the least successful in Dale End. This suggests that there has been positive impacts on the environment in the areas that have been regenerated compared to areas that have not been. This is further supported by the data collected in the EQI.
  • The Radar Graph shows that the environment is seen more positively in the Bullring and the Library compared to Dale End which scored lower based on its building, general quality and traffic. This suggests that the regeneration has been successful on the environment as it scores highly in terms of its quality
