Limitations

• Our sample size was small with only 3 to 5 participants meaning it may not have been representative of the whole population
• The questionnaire had closed questions which meant that we could not get an insight into peoples opinions on regeneration as they were limited by what we asked them.
• We only went to Birmingham once to get our data
• We did not use any secondary data, so we cannot compare our results with other studies or see if there has been change over time
