    Social Control: Relates to the processes of regulating individual or group behaviour in a society which encourages conformity or obedience.
    1. Formal Social Control: Rules implemented through laws and regulations. These rules are enforced by authorised agents of governments or organisations and have formal sanctions if broken or defied.
    2. Informal Social Control: Exercised without stated rules or laws and are enforce by social networks. If these unwritten rules or laws are broken informal sanctions are executed.
